• Machine building systems:
  The Paletti range of aluminium profiles and accessories have been designed with the machine builder in mind, speeding up and simplifying the design and manufacture of machine frames.
  
• Protective Guards and Enclosures:
  Perimeter Guards can be manufactured to drawing or to suit a specific installation. A variety of panel materials can be used, including Polycarbonate, Woven Mesh, Weld Mesh, Acrylic Glass, Toughened Glass, etc.
• Separator walls:
  Partition walls, for factories and offices can be manufactured from the Paletti range. The modular nature of the product allows for any size or shape of partition to be made. There are no “standard” sizes to limit the application.
• Machine cladding:
  Localised machine guarding is one of the more common uses for the Paletti range of profiles and accessories. With hinged, sliding, rise and fall and bi-fold doors available, any installation / access requirements can be accommodated. Again, a variety of panel materials can be incorporated.
  
• Flexible automation:
  With a vast range of Linear Actuators available, with both belt and ballscrew drive systems, the Paletti range allows the machine builder to produce a fully integrated system from one source.

• Assembly areas:
  A complete range of purpose built Assembly Benches can be manufactured. No longer do you have to be limited by what is available from within a standard range. We can produce a bench to fit into a specific area, which has all the features and benefits that you require.  
  
• Shelving systems:
  Storage no longer needs to be a problem. Wherever you have space, a storage system can be made to fit.
  
• Laboratory equipment:
  With our range of “clean room” compatible profiles, a full suite of laboratory benches, cupboards, trolleys and machine frames can be produced, each designed to requirement.
  
• Transfer systems:
  Simple, single axis Transfer Systems built using the Paletti range are probably the most cost effective on the UK market. As with all aspects of the product range, the Actuator can be made to meet your actual requirements.  
  
• Portals:
  Large, free-standing XYZ Gantry systems are an excellent use of the Paletti range. A Portal system capable of transporting over a hundred kilogram’s, at high speed (max. 4 m/s and is load dependant) can be produced quickly and with a minimum of fuss. The whole unit could be designed to be flat-packed for re-assembly on site where access into an area is limited.
  
• Complex production lines:
  By combining all the aspects of the Paletti range, a complete and complex production line could be produced. The line could easily incorporate manual, as well as automated stations and by utilising the facilities at Boldman Ltd, a full solution could be just weeks away.

• HARNESS ASSEMBLY WORK STATION
  Boldman Work Stations provide a cost effective way to increase productivity and ergonomic efficiency in a labour intensive assembly process. Available in single or double sided versions with manual counter balance or with electric adjustment, the Boldman Harness Assembly Work Station is available in a standard      4’ x 8’ or 4’ x 12’ size, or to customer specification.

  For larger harnesses you can place two work stations side by side, attach the workstations via a simple locking mechanism or synchronise the electronic control system if provided, to move both work stations together.

  IMPROVED PRODUCTIVITY AND ERGONOMICS
  Counterbalance or electrical system with a hand held pendant to raise, lower or tilt the board to the most suitable working position.
  Fully tiled work surface that allows insertion of ‘pins’ for the formation of the cable harness.
  Simple retro fitting possible of tool supports, document holders, daylight lighting or electrical sockets. Inspection lamps for close-up working can be attached to a linear guidance rail for positional movement over the work surface.
