BOLDMAN CONTINUES TO INVEST IN ITS PEOPLE

Employees across various departments, including Production, Despatch and Administration are taking the 'NVQ level 2 - in Manufacturing and Engineering Solutions' and 'ITQ - level 2'.

The training will cover organisational skills, team building, statutory regulations and health and safety requirements. Upon achieving the NVQ level 2 in these subjects our employees can then take further courses.

Christine Clarke, HR Manager, explains "We have been working with the 'Train to Gain' - Skills Solutions people for the past 12 months, in order to build and broaden the skills and knowledge of our people.

We have a great team at Boldman and investing in our staff by offering NVQ’s in these subjects is an ideal way to change the mind set and make sure the improvements to our business are long-term.
