  • Project support:
    We offer a complete design service for the implementation of the Paletti Aluminium Profile System product range. We can also help with the integration of other components, such as pneumatic cylinders, cable chains, gearboxes and motors.
  • Customer drawing service:
    We have our own design department and do not always require a drawing package from you. We can work from a “free-hand sketch” and generate the necessary drawings for our complete scope of supply.
  • Drilling service:
    Having cut the profiles to length (or the panels to size), we could then complete all the drilling operations for the system fasteners. This would have the effect of speeding up the assembly of the frame on your site, without incurring additional cost for shipping a complete structure. (flat pack supply)
  • Machine frame building:
    We can offer a complete frame building service either fully built or flat pack.
  • CAD-support:
    With have full CAD facilities in house using Solid Works and Catia V5.We are able to read and transfer your ACAD files.
  • Electrical and pneumatic wiring:
    We will undertake full electrical and pneumatic installation, to customer drawings. This could include the supply of the components if you prefer. 
  • Specific customer manufacture:
    We have access to fully equipped CNC manufacturing facilities and can supply all your machined components. These parts could either be incorporated into a frame build or supplied as loose parts to suit all machine building systems.
  • Profiling and machining of panels:
    We carry a wide range of wood and synthetic panel materials in stock. We can also cut the panels to size, profile specific shapes and CNC machine holes and details into the panels.
  • On site installations:
    We can offer a full on site installation service, anywhere within the UK.
  • Automated systems with control:
    Boldman, along with their partner companies, can use the Paletti Aluminium Profile System to offer a full "turnkey" solution.
